InfraMap is independently owned and operated. These documents govern InfraMap Pro, the MCP server, inframap.org, InfraMap Edu and InfraMap Data Centers.

The short version
- We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising or run ads.
- We keep records of AI conversations without your name or email attached, and use them and product usage data to run and improve InfraMap. Read how.
- You own what you type. Enterprise workspace content is never used to train AI models without written permission.
- Data and AI answers can be wrong. They are research aids, not investment, legal or engineering advice.

For enterprise teams
- Enterprise plans run on an order form and these Terms. A signed agreement controls where it differs.
- A data processing agreement, security questionnaire answers and email notice of subprocessor changes are available on request at contact@inframap.org.
- InfraMap does not have a SOC 2 report yet. We plan to pursue one. The Security page describes our controls today.
