Security and procurement

The answers procurement asks for, in writing.

Hosting
Amazon Web Services in the United States, behind Amazon CloudFront. Administrative access goes through AWS Systems Manager, not SSH.
Sign-in
Google sign-in, including Google Workspace, or a one-time email code. Customer accounts have no passwords.
MCP tokens
Access tokens expire after one hour. Refresh tokens are stored hashed and rotated on use.
AI and your data
Model providers may not train on InfraMap data. Enterprise conversations stay out of training without your written agreement.
Certifications
No SOC 2 report yet. We plan to pursue SOC 2 and are building our controls with it in mind.
Documents
Order form and invoice, Terms of Service, data processing agreement, security questionnaire answers and notice of subprocessor changes.
Data terms
Public-domain government data stays public. ISO and RTO data keeps its own terms. InfraMap's compilation and models are covered by the Terms.

Questions

Can a team share one InfraMap Pro plan?

No. Pro is for one person. Team gives each colleague their own seat on one card bill, at $200 per seat a month. Enterprise adds analyst limits set by contract, Enterprise support and billing by invoice under an order form.

Does every Enterprise seat get the MCP server?

Yes. Every seat has every Pro feature, including MCP access. Each person connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP client with their own InfraMap sign-in, and all 43 tools are read-only.

Where is InfraMap Pro hosted?

InfraMap Pro and its MCP server run on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Account and application records are kept in private storage in the United States, encrypted at rest.

Are our team's conversations used to train AI models?

Not without your written agreement. Conversations in Enterprise workspaces are not used to train or fine-tune AI models unless the customer agrees in writing, and InfraMap's AI model providers process requests under terms that do not allow training on InfraMap data.

What documents can procurement get?

An order form and invoice, the Terms of Service, a data processing agreement, answers to your security questionnaire and email notice of subprocessor changes.
