Questions
Do I need a card for Free?
No. A free account needs only an email address. It adds node prices, hub prices, basis and the analyst to the public map.
How do I cancel Pro?
Cancel anytime from your account through the Stripe billing portal, or in your Link account. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Who handles payment and tax?
Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe’s checkout service, which adds the sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are and sends your receipts.
Do you give refunds?
Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. There are no credits for partial months or unused questions.
When do analyst questions reset?
Free questions reset every day at 00:00 UTC. Pro questions reset each month when your subscription renews. A question in fast mode counts as two.
What if I run out on Pro?
Buy a question pack: 50 questions for $20 or 150 for $50. A pack is a one-time payment, is used after your monthly questions and lasts 12 months.
Can my team share a plan?
Not on Pro. Pro is for one person, and accounts cannot be shared. Team gives each colleague their own Pro seat on one card bill, at $200 per seat a month from 2 seats, and an admin adds or removes seats. Enterprise adds invoices under an order form and limits set by contract.
